Crosspoint SRL (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Android application that streams video content (the “App”). It also explains your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect device identifiers (such as Android ID or other identifiers). Although we do not link these to your name, email, or other personal details, under GDPR they may still be considered personal data because they can uniquely identify a device.

We use these identifiers for the following purposes:

Analytics: To understand how users interact with the App and improve its performance and features.
User Authorization: To authenticate and authorize access to streaming services.
Security: To prevent misuse of the App and improve protection.

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location data.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data only when we have a valid legal basis under GDPR:

Legitimate interests: for analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
Contractual necessity: to provide you with authorized access to streaming services.

We use the collected device identifiers solely to:

5. Third-Party Services

Our App does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or analytics tools. All analytics and authorization processes are handled internally.

6. Data Retention

We retain device identifiers only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Once the data is no longer needed for analytics, security, or authorization purposes, it will be deleted or anonymized.

7. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we collect from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, and internal security policies. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Right to rectification – request corrections to inaccurate data.
Right to erasure – request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
Right to restrict processing – request limited use of your data.

9. Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe that a child under 16 has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

We do not transfer your data outside the European Union. If this changes in the future, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in compliance with GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
